Pre-Installation Requirements
Make sure that your door(s) meet the necessary requirements for Mamava VaRoom smart lock installation.

Professional Installation Process
- Submit Installation Form
Once you've confirmed your doors meet all requirements, complete our installation form with detailed site information. Accurate and complete information on this form is essential for a smooth installation process. - Fulfillment
Once we receive your installation form, Mamava will verify that all necessary information is complete to ensure requirements are met. You'll receive a confirmation email letting you know everything is in place for your order to move forward. We'll then process your order according to your provided specifications. - Shipping
Your VaRoom is shipped directly to our local installation partner's warehouse. Our third-party logistics team (3PL) will contact you to confirm and schedule your installation date. You'll receive notification when your products arrive at the warehouse and are ready for installation. - Site Readiness
Prior to Installation:
— Mark the door of each lactation room that will be receiving a Mamava VaRoom smart lock with signage for easy identification.
— Ensure the installation area is free of furniture and debris.
— Provide any site-specific security and/or access requirements to our team.
— Assign a dedicated point of contact to greet the crew and escort them to the lactation room. - Installation Day
On the scheduled day, our professional installation crew will arrive at your facility. Your responsibilities include:
— Appoint a designated contact who can guide the install crew to each installation location and be available to answer questions during the installation process.
— Sign the pre-installation checklist before work begins.
— Test the lock functionality with the installation team.
— Sign the post-installation checklist to confirm proper operation.
Self-Installation Process
If you've opted to install your Mamava VaRoom smart lock yourself, here's what to expect:
- Submit Order Information
Once you've confirmed your door(s) meet all requirements, complete our delivery form with detailed shipping information. Accurate and complete information on this form is essential for a smooth delivery process. - Fulfillment
Once we receive your installation form, Mamava will verify that all necessary information is complete to ensure requirements are met. You'll receive a confirmation email letting you know everything is in place for your order to move forward. We'll then process your order according to your provided specifications. - Shipping
— Your Mamava VaRoom smart lock is shipped directly to your specified address.
— You'll receive tracking information via email. - Delivery
— Important: Upon delivery, inspect all packages for any visible damage. If there appears to be any damage to the packaging or product, please email service@mamava.com within 10 days of delivery.
— Include photos of the damage. - Self-Installation
— Install your Mamava VaRoom smart lock(s) using the provided installation instructions.
— Follow along with the installation video for step-by-step guidance.
— Make sure to properly test functionality after installation. - Activation
After successful installation:
— Email fulfillment@mamava.com to confirm your Mamava VaRoom smart lock(s) have been installed.
— Verify your lactation room is displaying correctly on the Mamava app.
— If your room does not display correctly on the app or information needs updating, complete our App Listing Form.
— You'll receive a confirmation email with additional set-up information.
Post-Installation Information
Once your Mamava VaRoom smart lock installation is complete (whether professionally installed or self-installed), here's important information to help you make the most of your lactation room.

Access to space for non-users
For all other uses of the space—including restocking supplies, cleaning—please use default maintenance code 1234# to open the lock and help maintain accurate usage data. You can change this code if needed, by following these instructions.
Warranty
Mamava warrants that our smart lock will be free from material defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the lock except as set forth here.
