You will be guided through the graphics selection process before placing your order. We want to make sure you’re happy with your selection before we move forward with production, as you can’t change graphics selections once your order is in process.
Please make sure your selection is final when completing the Sales Order (i.e. Stock, Built-to-Order, Custom, Mamava Design Services). Once stock graphics are selected on the signed Sales Order, the pod goes into production and cannot be changed.
For built-to-order options, your Customer Success Manager will provide a print proof of the pod (if you select logo on the door) design for your review. If you are unhappy with your selection, you may choose a different built-to-order exterior combination. We will not move forward with production until you have approved a print-ready proof. Once production begins, please note that your graphics selection cannot be changed.
