      Does Mamava offer a service plan?

      We offer two service plans to best suit your needs.

      Mamava Service Plan details

       

      Preventative maintenance

      Keep your pod in tip-top shape with an annual tune-up. Visit includes a safety and function check, fan cleaning, battery replacements, and pod polishing.

      Service visits 

      We’ll send a technician to repair defects in pod material or workmanship or address a component failure under normal wear and tear. Parts and labor covered.

      Discounted parts

      A 10% discount on parts not covered by a Mamava Service Plan.

      Usage reports

      Quarterly usage reports help measure the impact of your pod(s), optimize placement, and determine capacity planning.
