How do I report damage during installation?
Accidents happen. This article offers instructions on how to report damage that happened during installation.
Mamava installation
If you opted to have our professional technicians install your pod, your technician will coordinate the replacement part with Mamava’s service team. The installers will ask you to fill out the damage claim form included in the materials that arrived in your pod’s packaging.
Self Installation
If you installed the pod yourself, you can use the damage claim form if the damage occurred within 10 days of receiving the pod. Follow the instructions to receive your replacement.
