If your Mamava pod arrives with any missing parts or hardware, we’ll happily send you replacements. Please report any missing parts within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
When the pod arrives
- Take photos of the package when it arrives at your location for your records.
- Inspect packaging for any shipping damage that may have occurred.
- Please make sure all the parts are with the pod prior to installation.
Report back to Mamava
- The Damage Claim Form is enclosed in a plastic bag with the assembly instructions and tools.

Once we receive the claim, we’ll do our best to respond within 24 hours. Every case is unique, but we’ll work with you to provide a timeline for replacement parts, and help get your pod up and running as quickly as possible.
