If the app isn’t displaying all the text for a pod, you may need to adjust the text size and font on your mobile device.
If you notice that the text wrap in the app is misaligned, it’s likely due to your default font size on your mobile device.
With default font size set on your mobile device, you can read all of the information about a location—where it is, whether or not it’s open to the public, and how to unlock it. The text in the app should look like this:
However, if you’ve previously adjusted your default text size in your mobile device, you may notice that some of the text gets cut off. For example, in the pictures below the text information is cut short, cutting off the access information and other details.
If you’re having difficulty accessing the pod or reading the complete text, we suggest you temporarily adjust the text size on your mobile device. To do this, complete the following steps:
Apple
- Open your device’s Settings app.
- Tap Accessibility.
- Tap Display & Text Size.
- Turn off Larger Text.
- Reopen the Mamava app.
Once you have left the Mamava pod, repeat the steps above but turn on Larger Text.
Android
Some of these steps work only on Android 7.0 and up.
- Open your device’s Settings app.
- Tap Accessibility.
- Tap Font Size.
- Use the slider to adjust your font size (reducing from your current font size).
- Reopen the Mamava app.
Once you have left the Mamava, repeat the steps above and increase your font size.
