What if the app says the pod is occupied when it’s vacant?
Sometimes the app doesn’t match what’s happening in real life. Here's how to fix it.
In this scenario, the app identifies the pod as “Occupied,” even though the pod is clearly empty and the deadbolt lock reads “Vacant.”
For example:
If this is happening in your pod, the solution is to replace the 3D printed occupancy indicator on the lock. Click on "Contact us" at the bottom of this page to request the part.
