Your interior outlet will look different depending on the version of your Mamava pod. If you’re not sure what pod you have, this article will help you.

Step 1: Do the lights and fans turn on when you enter the pod?

  • No. If the lights and fans don’t work, check to make sure the pod is plugged into the wall. It’s also a good idea to push ‘reset’ on the GFCI outlet to the exterior plug.
  • Yes.  If the lights and fans turn on—but the outlet still doesn’t work— the problem is the interior outlet itself.

Step 2: Is the red indicator light on near the outlet?

    • No. Make sure the pod’s power cord is plugged into a wall outlet. If the pod is plugged in, check to see if the exterior outlet is working. It’s also a good idea to reset the GFCI outlet to the exterior plug.
    • Yes. If the red light is on but there’s no power, the outlet could be faulty.  Contact Mamava for further technical assistance.
