Accidents happen. Your Mamava pod could be damaged for a variety of reasons. This article will help you determine what to do to get it up and running again.
Shipping damage
If your Mamava was damaged in shipping, check out this article for instructions on how to submit a damage claim form.
Installation damage
If you opted to have our professional technicians install your pod, your technician will coordinate the replacement part with Mamava’s service team. The installers will ask you to fill out the damage claim form included in the materials that arrived in your pod’s packaging.
If you installed the pod yourself, you can use the damage claim form if the damage occurred within 10 days of receiving the pod. Follow the instructions to receive your replacement.

Accidental damage
If your pod is damaged, please let us know so we can send a replacement part. Please note that some parts are built specifically for Mamava pods and can’t be found elsewhere. Here’s an article to learn more.
