Why doesn't the deadbolt lock from the inside?
If breastfeeding parents aren’t able to turn the deadbolt and securely fasten the door, the door on your Mamava pod may not be properly aligned.
Please follow the instructions below to realign your pod door.- Solo V1.1 pod
- If your Solo V1 pod isn’t aligned, you’ll need to find a new location where there’s a level surface. Check out this article with tips on how to find a good spot for your pod.
Once you follow the instructions on how to realign the pod door, check your pod to make sure that the deadbolt locks easily.
